Pawz & Relax Pet Grooming and Services

49 Village Road, Alverstoke PO12 2LD

Hello my name is Lucy. I first started my pet grooming journey through spending five years in a pet grooming salon, based in my local area.

I qualified in 2021 with an OCN Level 3 Diploma.

From an early age I had a passion and love for animals which inspired me to start my own business. I also wanted to have a better work-life balance for myself and my young family.

I have my own dog named Fedor, a number of other pet animals, three children and a fiancé.

I enjoy my trade and have a great passion for my work; it is more than just a job to me.

I love to make all the dogs and cats that come to me for their groom, look amazing and give them a positive and friendly experience with each visit.

Over the years my business has grown and I am able to offer many more services.

I can treat your fur-babies to the quality of service you would expect for yourself.

Lucy made me feel reassured and I was less anxious as she was patient, well experienced and confident with my pup. I shall definitely come again as my puppy and I had a really good first experience here. Thankyou Lucy! X

She has come back looking perfect, smelling wonderful and has a cute little bow on her collar (got to say that’s an amazing touch!) Our dog is very anxious and has separation anxiety but she was so well looked after. The service was brilliant, from the booking to the appointment! Communication was spot on too and getting a text reminder the evening before was great. Would highly recommend. Can’t wait to take her to her next groom!
